The Chapter Headings are “Introduction”, “Assembly and Sterilization”, “Pre-Op” and “Post Op and Return”.  On a mobile device the 4 chapter headings may always be visible after the  initial tap, on a PC, moving the mouse cursor onto the screen makes the chapter headings visible.

The chapter headings are not a part of the application.
